The safety and security of the Ushuaïa Dubai family is always our top priority. Our security checks are carried out by both female and male security staff. Ushuaïa Dubai reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with our security policy.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we strongly recommend avoiding flip flops/sandals.

All bags will be checked by security personnel for safety purposes.

There is no readmission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter.

eTickets can be downloaded and displayed on your smartphone. There is no need to print your ticket.

Tickets purchased in advance are less expensive than at the door, therefore, for the best-priced tickets, please buy in advance on line at www.ushuaiadubai.com

You can request a refund during the 24 hours following the cancelled event, by going to the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt.

Entry to the venue, taxes and bottle service up to the value of your reservation are included. If your order exceeds your pre-arranged package, you just need to settle the difference. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer any unused credit to another event. We do not include complementary services, such as food and shishas.

Cancellation Policy and Prepayment Procedures for Tables: All tables must be fully prepaid before the event. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

As per our ticketing partners, Platinumlist. Once purchased, Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred other than in the circumstances detailed specifically below.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions placed on entry to the Event, such as age restrictions or dress code restrictions, before purchasing a Ticket from the Website. Platinumlist will not be held liable and will not refund the Ticket purchase if entry to the Event is declined by the Promoter for any reason including, but not limited to, failure to meet the dress code, failure to meet age restrictions, dangerous, disruptive, unruly or unlawful behaviour resulting in the Promoter or venue management declining entry.

The Promoter and the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission at any time without giving cause or reason. Platinumlist does not offer refunds to any Customer refused entry to the Event or who is ejected from the Event for any reason.

Customers are eligible to apply for a refund in writing to Platinumlist in the case of cancelled or postponed Events, within 24 h of the date of the announcement that the Event is postponed or cancelled.

As per our ticketing partners, Platinumlist. If an event is cancelled, we can offer to change the ticket to another date of an event equivalent to the cancelled one, or you can request a refund within 24 hours following the cancelled event. Please contact the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt. Ushuaïa Dubai will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

We want you to treasure your experience at Ushuaïa Dubai, so taking photos and videos for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed. However, any filming or photography for commercial use is not permitted.

Professional camera equipment is not allowed onto the premises, and you may risk having such equipment confiscated upon arrival at the venue.

Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed on the premises either.

We have an incredible in-house team of photographers and videographers that will document your event and we will share their amazing content on our social channels after the event.

Upon purchase of your ticket for Ushuaïa Dubai, you give your express consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and such content might be posted on our socials or other channels, for advertising purposes.For further info, please check our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please inform our staff and don’t pose for photos.
